Stunning Purlingbrook Falls, Australia

After a 5 day rain event, it was a good time to view the Purling Brook Falls in action.

Located in the beautiful Springbrook National Park, Purling Brook Falls is a fantastic attraction in the Gold Coast Hinterland, Queensland, Australia.

As one of the tallest waterfalls in Queensland, Purling Brook Falls flows over a cliff for approximately 100 metres into the pools below.

Situated in a world heritage site, these falls are surrounded by unique flora and wildlife.
A brief hike on graduated steps brings you to a picnic area where you can relax and watch the amazing waterfall as it cascades into the depths below.
The surrounding environment of Purling Brook Falls is almost unmatched for serenity.
From the lookout above the falls, you can appreciate the plant life that thrives in this rain forest. Make sure you bring your camera to capture some of the beautiful scenery around here, as well as the falls themselves.

A 4km walk around the Purling Brook Falls Circuit takes most people approximately 2 hours to complete.
