Case of a Bilateral Proximal Humerus Fracture

Proximal humerus fractures pose a challenge with regards to return to function and restoration of motion and function regardless of the age . An interesting case of a bilateral proximal humerus fracture with the left having severe communition was managed with plating with suture plate. Even though the communition on the left shoulder was sever we wanted to give biology a chance . Excellent results were obtained , and the individual has complete restoration of function and movement. Recovery from these surgeries is a teamwork of the surgeon , physical therapist and most importantly the patient
