Loch House Inn (previously - Warren's Inn)
We are a year-round Bed and Breakfast located at 18 Leland Ave. in the village of Schroon Lake, NY. Situated between Main Street and the lake shore, the Inn has been welcoming guests since 1917 who have appreciated the beautiful lake views from the generous wrap around porch. Your hosts, Heather and Rick Francis, will welcome you to a place where you can relax and enjoy all the Adirondacks have to offer.
Our rooms are cozy and comfortable, and our setting is clean and quiet. We are steps from the town beach and public boat dock. Coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and other amenities are just a short walk to Main Street.
Breakfast is served in our dining room every morning, or you can enjoy your coffee on the porch, watching the boats on the lake. Central air conditioning will keep you cool in the summer, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Stroll through the gardens on your way to the beach to swim, kayak, or maybe plan a hike on one of the many nearby trails.

The Seagle Festival hosts musical theatre productions throughout the summer months.
Word of Life hosts a weekly family fun night and rodeo on the grounds of their nearby ranch Fridays evenings throughout the summer.
The longest running square dance in the US is held on Wednesday evenings in the summer at the Schroon Lake gazebo.
Every fall the ADK marathon ends outside our door.
Lake Placid and Lake George are within easy driving distance and make wonderful day trips!
