Is it worth buying an apartment in the Costa Blanca?

I think to buy an apartment in the Costa Blanca, not for myself, but for real estate. In general, I will then rent it out, and maybe I will sometimes come to the resort myself. How do you think it is a good idea?

When going to buy an apartment in Spain you should contact a professional real estate agent who will not only select the best option, but also will fully support the deal.

Buy an apartment in the northern Costa Blanca is to get your own piece of paradise on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Namely for permanent residence, annual vacation or lease. I saw good options Property for sale in Costa Blanca on https://wtgspain.com/costa-blanca. Recently, gaining enormous popularity gaining pattern, when an apartment purchased with a mortgage or cash, and then rented for a long period. The proceeds are used to pay off the payments and in a few years the property is all yours.
