H3C, in collaboration with Spirent Communications, has achieved a ground breaking milestone in the networking industry by completing the first large-scale 800GE test with 64 high-density 800G ports. The test, utilizing Spirent's Test enter 800G B2 Appliance, showcased the reliability and stability of H3C's 800G CPO silicon photonic switch series, particularly in overall switch capacity, full-port 100%-line speed forwarding, and transmission latency. The H3C S9827 series, based on CPO silicon photonics technology, demonstrated a total switching capacity of 51.2T, achieving 100%-line speed forwarding across all 64 ports. Notably, the single-port transmission average delay was 1.085 microseconds, a 20% improvement from the previous generation, positioning H3C's product as an industry leader in low-latency, high-throughput networking solutions. The advanced capabilities of this technology are poised to enhance computing power and application experiences, especially in scenarios like AIGC clusters and data centre high-performance core switching.
