Diagram, a leading venture builder backed by Sagard, has secured nearly C$50 million in commitments for its new ClimateTech Fund, with the Quebec government and Sagard co-anchoring the fund. Major investors include Mavrik, Fondaction, and Teralys financed by CDPQ. The fund, targeting C$60 million, focuses on capital-efficient digital solutions accelerating the global transition to sustainability. Diagram's venture creation model identifies opportunities, forms high-caliber teams, and mitigates early-stage risks. It will invest in promising early-stage companies, with a focus on Quebec-based businesses.
