About Roy: Born and raised in Torrance, Roy has always loved building and designing things. Founded in 1982, he has been creating beautiful outdoor spaces for South Bay Home and Property owners. With the help of his wife Kim, they have built their business and pride themselves on beautifully completed projects and on budget.
