Our manually operated Acid Zinc Barrel Lines allow us to pay special attention to detail in order to ensure that we may provide a high level of quality assurance. Conversion Coatings available are, but are not limited to: Trivalent Clear, Trivalent Clear with high corrosion resistance, Trivalent Yellow, Hexavalent Yellow, Hexavalent Black, Post Chromate Sealer, Bright Dip (for brass and copper), and Clear Etch (for aluminum). Salt Spray testing is also available. We meet most specifications & certifications including RoHS Hexavalent Free Chromate compliance standards.
