Cara Linn grew up in Amarillo starting Kindergarten at Olsen Park Elementary! She graduated from Panhandle High School and continued on to Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University in 2003.
She later landed an internship in New York City with renowned Cake Designer Elisa Strauss. From there, she worked in several restaurants and bakeries in New York City until eventually starting her own business in Brooklyn, where she made wedding cakes and hosted cake decorating classes.
As her family grew, Cara chose to make Amarillo her hometown again where she now happily lives with her 3 children. She loves being back where it all started, and bringing her expertise and passion to the community that helped mold her into who she is today.
