Benchmark Building and Renovations was founded by Mark and Kent Small in Fredericton, NB. Our mission was to create a company that values family, integrity and quality, all wrapped into one for our clients, our employees and us. Today benchmark employees a number of carpenters and renovation experts. We've renovated exteriors, interiors, bathrooms, livingrooms, decks, and whole houses. No job is too big or too small, we renovate them all.
