Gianfranco’s mission is to bring the taste and experience of an Italian café to San Diego, creating a space where locals and visitors alike can savor Italian coffee the way it’s meant to be enjoyed.

At Caffé di Talya, we proudly serve Caffè Vergnano coffee, a brand deeply rooted in Italian coffee culture. Known as Italy’s oldest roaster, Caffè Vergnano sources only the finest beans, roasted to perfection. This careful roasting process captures the bold, nuanced flavors that make Italian roast coffee world-renowned. We take pride in being one of the few San Diego Coffee Shops to serve this celebrated coffee, bringing an authentic taste of Italy to our community.
