Our history
In 1984, Mark R. Neagley founded the Neagley Construction Company, providing quality construction services for a wide variety of projects throughout Vermont, which ranged from historic renovations to large commercial and institutional facilities. In 1998, Thomas E. Chase joined the firm as CEO, forming the team of Neagley & Chase Construction Company. Andrew Martin joined the firm in 2014, further expanding our experience and industry leadership.
Over the years, our company has grown significantly in both depth and experience, and new technologies have advanced our capabilities, productivity, and expertise in energy efficiency. Though our company continues to evolve, our focus remains the same — to work in the best interests of our clients, every time, for the successful outcome of their projects.
