Warrior Plumbing and Heating is a five generation family and Veteran-owned small business. While the business has had different owners and has changed names over time, our business continues to evolve with one key element in mind. We treat our customers as if they were part of our family.
How has Warrior Plumbing and Heating evolved over time?
In 1935, Wallis Plumbing was started by Phillip Goldsmith and passed down to his son Phillip Jr. Phillip Jr. ran the business until his son, Frank Goldsmith, joined him after completing his service in the Army in 1959.
Frank took over the business in 1991 and ran the business with his son, Brent Edward Goldsmith, until 2005. In 2005, Brent Edward took the knowledge gained from the three generations before him and started Brent E. Goldsmith, Inc. He ran his business independently until his oldest son, Brent Ryan, joined him in 2010.
They built an amazing business based on hard work and integrity to much success. Brent Edward’s youngest son, Collin, served two tours in Afghanistan and was medically retired after being awarded with both the Bronze Star “V” and the Purple Heart. In 2017, Collin then decided that he wanted to join his dad and brother in the family business and give back to his Veteran brothers and sisters that call Maryland home.
Together – Brent Edward, Brent Ryan and Collin created Warrior Plumbing and Heating as a family and Veteran-owned small business. They also created the Help a Warrior Program which gives back to the Veteran community through providing free plumbing and heating services to a Veteran each month.
