Pinnacle Healthcare Services specializes in primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and mental health treatment in northern Virginia, US. Our team of dedicated and licensed healthcare professionals is led by Dr. Kurwa Nyigu, MD. She is board-certified in internal medicine and addiction medicine, and she focuses on treating behavioral and addiction patients with a holistic approach. With a degree from the State University of New York and over 20 years of experience in hospital medicine and private practice, she is extending her expertise to primary care while giving full attention to women's health in North Virginia.

Dr. Kurwa believes that people struggling with addictions exhibit different behavior and therefore require a unique treatment process. She is fluent in Swahili and has an innate understanding of the diverse immigrant populations in the area.
