Since 2004, we have been digitizing media for many families, museums, archives, companies, and film makers. We are passionate about preserving memories and giving our customers the ability to share those memories with family, friends, clients, and customers. Over the last decade we have grown to be at the forefront in digitizing visual and audio or transfer to digital media.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
