West Chester Communities That Care (CTC) improves outcomes for youth by addressing youth mental health, violence and underage substance misuse. Through youth-led THRIVE clubs, a Parent Speaker Series and community messaging campaigns which are based on 20 plus years of longitudinal data, your West Chester CTC coalition brings together all sectors of our community to create a culture where YOUTH THRIVE, supported by their parents, their peers and their community to live substance free, violence free and emotionally healthy lives.
At WCCTC, we believe that everyone, in every sector of society, can work to prevent mental health crises, violence and substance misuse issues, especially among our youth.
