We use a proprietary brewing process that produces kombucha with a well-rounded profile of organic acids, and less acetic acid, which gives most kombuchas that vinegar flavor. Since we don’t have that sharp vinegar taste, we don’t have to balance (mask) it with sugar, like most other brands. That means the authentic kombucha flavor shines through, and most CK flavors contain half the sugar, calories, and carbs of most other major brands in the US market.
