It helps people improve their core strength, it increases muscle tone and strength, improves your posture and flexibility, and can help with many types of common aches and pains such as backache and Sciatica.
Everybody who attends one of Jane's online Pilates classes will receive support, encouragement and individual feedback during every class. Prior to joining a class, Jane will take you for a free 1:1 consultation to find out about your health, any injuries you may have and to learn what you want to achieve from her classes.
Classes can be arranged for groups of friends or colleagues who wish to attend classes to together.
