Hit Stats - Visit vs. Visitor

It seems like the discrepancy between "Visit" and "Visitor" numbers could be due to how the stats are being tracked. "Visit" might refer to the total number of page views, while "Visitor" usually tracks unique users. It’s important to look at the time frame and whether a visitor has returned to the site multiple times. On a side note, I’ve been wondering what’s my face shape lately might try using one of those online tools to figure it out!

The difference between the numbers shown under Visit and Visitor in the Hit Stats block is due to how each metric is calculated. Visit refers to the total number of times your site has been accessed, regardless of who accessed it. So if one person visits your site five times in a day, it counts as five visits. On the other hand, Visitor counts unique users—each person is only counted once, no matter how many times they return. That’s why the Visit number is usually higher than the Visitor number.
