Fatty liver disease is caused by excess fat that accumulates in the liver. 

There are two types of fatty liver. The most common condition is caused by alcohol. Excess cholesterol builds up in the body, high blood pressure, malnutrition, type 2 diabetes, and other causes of fatty liver. 

Vitamin C contained in lemon helps the liver to produce enzymes. This enzyme helps to remove toxins from the body. Squeeze half a lemon in a glass of water and drink it at least twice daily.

 

Getting into the habit of reducing the liver's inflammation will help you drink four cups of green tea daily. 

Drinking green tea can help you lose weight and prevent the accumulation of fat in the body. Jaundice has the ability to help with proper digestion as well as prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver.

Boil a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of water and drink it twice daily. This will help in controlling body fat. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of lukewarm milk and drink it at least once daily.
