NFP Acquires Advanced Insurance Consultants Ltd.

International insurance broking and consulting firm NFP has completed the acquisition of Advanced Insurance Consultants Limited (AIC), an independent insurance broker located near London. The deal, finalized on December 15, sees the entire AIC team integrated into NFP. AIC's expertise spans commercial insurance, with a focus on industries such as agriculture, marine, leisure, vehicle, and construction. In addition to strengthening both firms' client bases, the acquisition aims to enhance NFP's capacity to provide integrated and specialized solutions. AIC's Managing Director, Chris Metcalfe, anticipates leveraging NFP's resources, particularly in employee benefits and wealth management, for the next phase of growth and service diversification.
