• Since the space frame processing is designed according to the load in the use stage, it is generally difficult to accurately calculate the construction load during design phase. Therefore, the lifting point and the pre-considered maximum lifting height difference should be checked before the construction to check the overall installation of the grid. Based on the rigidity, the construction measures or the design should be modified accordingly.  
  • Strictly control the lifting height difference of the grid, try to achieve synchronous lifting, and increase the allowable height difference (referring to the relative height difference between two adjacent rods or the resultant point of two adjacent lifting point groups), and the lifting point spacing is acceptable 1/400 of and not more than 1OOmm, or it may be determined by checking calculations.
  • When pulling barinstallation is adopted, the hoisting model, wire rope model and lifting speed should be the same, and the wire ropes of the lifting points should be connected to achieve the same force on the steel bar between the lifting points. The crane model and lifting speed are the same, and the wire ropes between the lifting points are connected to achieve the same force on the steel bar.
  • Arrange hoisting machinery and pulling rods reasonably.
  • Cable wind ground anchors must be calculated, and the main initial tensile stress of cable wind should be controlled to 60%. Special personnel should be assigned to check during the construction process.
  • During the processing and installation of the spaceframe, the top deflection of the pulling rod should not exceed 1/1000 (the height of the pull rod) and not more than 30mm.
