I consider myself a relationship therapist. I love working with partnerships of all statuses and structures. What does that really mean? It means that no matter what your relationship looks like, I offer a safe place where you can be vulnerable, courageous, small, successful, and more without fear of judgment. Relationships can be messy and complicated; I want to work with you through the hard stuff. I use principles from narrative, experiential, and attachment theories in my work. Additionally, everything I do in the therapy room is trauma-informed. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life and relationships. For that reason, I typically let clients drive our therapy sessions. I have the privilege of witnessing your story and making observations along the way.
