Welcome to NewGen CDJR of Clinton, where our vision is "To be the difference maker in the lives of those that we influence". At NewGen, we want to differentiate ourselves from the normal dealership.

 

Our mission is to "Exceed the expectations of our team, guests, and community by leading from the front and providing transportation solutions for every lifestyle". NewGen CDJR believes that in order to set ourselves apart, we must have a solid foundation built around our team and community.

 

NewGen was founded by owner Rich Dietrich, and two business partners in 2023.

Rich began pursuit of his dream to own a dealership in the early 2000's as a service advisor in a high-volume dealership in Ohio. Since becoming a service advisor, Rich has had extensive experience and training as a Service Team Leader, Fixed Operations Leader, Used Car Team Leader, General Manager of several stores, and Managing Partner at a group in western Pennsylvania. Rich's journey spans various manufacturers, including Lincoln, Mercury, Ford, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Kia, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, and Nissan. Having served in diverse roles from Service Advisor to Managing Partner, Rich has honed his skills to turn around operations, increase guest satisfaction, foster profitability, and inspire his team.

 

Beyond the dealership, Rich, his wife (Marie), and 2 sons (Hunter 17 and Nolan 15), have created 5 Star Farms, LLC. The farm was started in 2014 by Rich and Marie to help instill a discipline and work ethic in the boys that the world will not teach. 5 Star Farms, LLC specializes in the raising and producing of prime meats, including Wagyu. Hunter and Nolan both excel in academics and sports. Each one is working diligently to pursue academic and athletic scholarships to attend college.

 

Community involvement: Rich, Marie, Hunter, and Nolan along with 5 Star Farms, LLC enjoy giving back to the community by supporting local 4H kids, sponsoring local scholarship funds, creating, and donating raffles for local sports teams, and giving to community impact programs. Giving is extremely important to their family.
