Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate smooth energy flow. Herbal remedies address imbalances within the body. Tui na massage manipulates the body to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension. This holistic approach to treatment views the body as a connected system, aiming to promote the body’s natural healing abilities and improve overall well-being.
