Our breads are crafted in the artisan tradition, mixed, fermented, shaped, and scored by hand. The basic ingredients are always only flour, water, yeast, and salt. Other recognizable, fresh ingredients such as nuts, fruit, herbs, cheese, etc... are added to create many flavor variations.
