 Communicate with the clients to prepare their bookkeeping via QuickBooks.
 Prepare and review Federal and State C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and Individual Tax Returns for various industries. (NY, NJ, CT, NM, AZ, AL, FL, PA, OK, KY). Approximately 200 business accounts
 Perform and communicate tax projections for businesses and individual clients.
 Supervised, training new hires, and assist staff to meet deadlines.
 Respond to IRS audit requests, State and Local Tax authorities’ audit notices.
 Startup and dissolve company including C-Corp, S-Corp, and Partnership.
 Apply for SBA PPP loan, PPP loan forgiveness, and Restaurant Revitalization Fund.
