Wafex was founded in 1991 by the current owner Craig Musson and is a family owned business. From humble beginnings Wafex is now Australia’s leading flower company, with offices in the USA (California), Kenya (Nairobi), Ecuador (Quito), Australia (Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane) and a global presence across 26 countries.
In 2013 as part of the ongoing development of Wafex, Craig Musson formed a strategic partnership with Steve Dionne and established Wafex USA. The primary goal of this partnership was to re-define the role of Australian and African native wildflowers in the North American floriculture industry. This has resulted in a series of exclusive, unique, Best-in-Class programs ranging from Waxflower to Proteacae and numerous other novelty ranges.
Wafex has a sophisticated import program, combining its strengths of global sourcing and flower connection, logistics and quality assurance, to provide clients with a large range of quality flowers.
