1- Never speculate, only buy for cash flow.
2- Only buy at wholesale prices.
3- Add-value, force appreciation through sweat equity.
With the stock market influx and built on speculation, it has returned just over 7% on average for the past 15 years, and that’s not including the management fees, taxes, and inflation. Alternatively, our real estate syndications consistently yield 15% average annualized returns, taxed at much lower rates, if at all after depreciation, and provide a steady cash flow machine for our investors.
We do everything to align our interest with our investors. First, we invest our own capital into every deal. Second, we do not take management fees, and we only take distributions after our investors are fully compensated and all of their capital is returned.
