Founded in 2011, by Ryan Clarke, to fill a void in the marketplace with virtually no high quality, cost-effective, simple substitute to the expensive, inflexible OEM’s, Injector Support and Service (ISS) was an immediate winner in the space. ISS found success as they created a win for the many engineers and patient care operations they serviced.
Ryan had 10 + years of injector service experience as an engineer with a talent for not just fixing contrast injectors, but also teaching contrast injector service to other engineers. His early formula sustains growth to this day. It includes in the mix: intense customer care, technical expertise, customized solutions (full-service contracts to ad hoc depot repair or remote technical support), comprehensive capabilities (cross manufacturer, cross-modality), quick repair cycle times, loaner availability, training, parts, injector sales, and competitive pricing.
Even as ISS grew it remains a family business and culture. The company has grown steadily through the years from a 2nd bedroom to a 10,000 square foot facility and a staff of 14 field and depot technicians plus support staff. With Ryan’s father running the training center and equipment procurement, mother assisting in the office, his wife heads up accounting, and brother leads field service. Through the joining of forces with 626, ISS takes its next evolutionary growth step. ISS’ contrast injector offering now caps off a complete imaging services portfolio with parent company 626 and sister company Walsh Imaging.
ISS has enjoyed tremendous growth by focusing on customers and the patients they serve and by recruiting high character employees as they continue to grow and adapt to the rapidly changing demands of their customer base.
ISS was acquired by 626 Holdings out of Delray Beach, FL in December 2019, but continues to operate with the spirit of its founding.
