I have been doing massage therapy for 25 years. During a massage therapy session I integrate all of the techniques that I have learned over the years to deliver a custom massage for every client. Some of the various modalities or tools that I may use include Neuromuscular massage, Myofascial release, Cranioscaral therapy, Swedish massage, Trager, Thai massage, stretching, yoga therapy, cupping and hot rocks. I feel confident that you will leave my office happy, relaxed and in a much better place than when you arrived. I have clients that have been coming to me for 20 years and I have room for more. I can combine yoga and energy work to a massage for a customized experience.
