Lindsay Pellerin
Lindsay has worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2009 after graduating with distinction from Wellington College in Winnipeg, Canada. Looking to explore the connection between movement and massage therapies she studied at the International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand where she received her diploma in 2011. As her passion for health and care evolved she looked to add depth to her practice by exploring energetic therapies studying Reiki. Intuitively Lindsay's thirst for knowledge circled back to uniting the energetic and physical with yoga, where her curiosity of living in a body and how it works was sparked. She embarked on a journey to learn of these holistic somatic relationships and the ability to heal oneself completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate with Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in Goa, India in 2013, and the 200 hour Sivatantra Yoga Teacher Training in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As time went on and her curiosity for health and healing could not be quelled, Lindsay enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2019 and is keenly immersing herself in the depths of anatomy, physiology and the interconnectedness of the body and all of its systems.
Lindsay believes in the positive influence of an engaged and holistic health care practice for an overall sense of well being. Credentials aside she has witnessed, in her own life and the lives of others, the ability for massage, reiki, yoga, and education of health in its many facets to strengthen a sense of embodied autonomy, allowing individuals to be active in their own healing process.
