My name is Gabriel Erde-Cohen, and I started VT+MV Mini-Split Maintenance in the spring of 2018 to service a few heat pump customers for my wife and father-in-law's solar electric and heat pump business. The quality and value of our service was noticed by Green Mountain Power, Brennan and Co. and hundreds of other property managers, installers and heat pump owners around the region, where we now service units in every county of Vermont and in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Martha's Vineyard.
Every heat pump needs an annual cleaning; we use a specially calibrated pressure washer to remove the material that builds up on the heat exchanger and the fan of both your interior and exterior units. It's as simple as it sounds, but requires special tools and techniques, and it's all that we do and we do it well.
We don't do installations or service calls, we just clean heat pumps, which lets us focus on the highest level of customer service and quality work. We are a small family business and we treat our employees and our customers the way we want to be treated. We are the experts in mini-split heat pump optimization.
