Springfield Medical Care Systems is a not-for-profit, community-based health care system that serves southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. The unique model of our health system integrates nine federally qualified health centers, including two dental clinics and a vision center, and Springfield Hospital.
Our health centers are Medical Home sites that hold the highest quality certification attainable (Level 3) from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Patient-centered care is evidence-based, provides high-quality outcomes, and is accessible and affordable to all based on a sliding fee scale.
