Dedalus Wine Shop, Market & Wine Bar
The Dedalus mission is to create deep, lasting and personalized connections to wine through uncompromising curation, powerful storytelling and immersive experiences.
We're here to tell wine’s story, inspire great drinking, bring people happiness, bring communities together around the table, and build a world class wine business.
We're here to tell wine’s story, inspire great drinking, bring people happiness, bring communities together around the table, and build a world class wine business.
We're committed to defining a new wine culture. One that closes the gap between wine growers and wine drinkers. A culture that celebrates the simple, sustaining pleasures of the table and does away with the old gatekeepers. To do this, we build beautiful, warm spaces and connected experiences that orbit wine. We build passionate teams that bring it into your life, show you how to use it, explore it, and enjoy it. They work to cultivate our shared understanding of what makes good wine good.
The wines we select are made at the intersection of love and necessity. They are created by small producers motivated by their curiosity, guided by their beliefs and their passion. These people, their families, and often the communities they live in depend on us to sell their wines and share their stories. That responsibility is central to everything we do.
THE WINES WE SELL AT DEDALUS ARE MADE SUSTAINABLY BY PEOPLE WE KNOW.
They're made with minimal inputs and speak to a broader definition of terroir. One that starts with the soil and the sun and expands to include the food, history and culture that spring up organically around wine.
Our spaces, the wine and food that fills them, the music we play, our people - they're all a part of how we want to define our place.
