Casey Jo’s Catering is owned and operated by Markell and Aric Saign of Sabin, MN. Our business was established in memory of Markell’s son, Casey Jo, who passed away at the age of 7. Casey Jo had a passion for the Lord, his family, and steam trains. Our mission at Casey Jo’s Catering is to provide you with down-home quality food and service. Our event center is 2,000 square feet, and it has a capacity of up to 90 people. Our fully-licensed and operational commercial kitchen and on-site catering service can provide delicious home-cooked meals to go along with your private event.
