Arboniche's Fine Catering Was established January 1,2004 by Archie and Bonnie Mathis of Killeen , Texas. Chef Archie Mathis has over 36 years experience in the Culinary Industry. Chef Mathis is trained in the preparation and cooking methods of American, rench, German and Italian cusine. Bonnie Mathis, Event Coordinator for Arboniche's Fine Catering, Has over 17 years in organizing, planning and coordinating banquet room set-up and decor.
