Two Blue Eyes Photography is made up of Krystal & Michael (both blue eyed beauties) We are from Rotterdam, NY and we often travel to see family in the Central New York Area. We love taking road trips, eating sushi, watching The Office (mostly Krystal) and photographing... everything.
We specialize in wedding & portrait photography with an emphasis on candids and capturing emotions. We love weddings because they are the closest we will ever get to "touching" the emotion of love. Love is often a poetic beauty, a forever intangible and ethereal emotion that the wedding day is as close as we can get to truly seeing it. The spark of love that brought a couple together in marriage, is the electricity in the air that day; from getting ready, to the first time they see each other, to reading the vows, and finally, the first kiss.
We use a combination of natural light, on, and off camera lighting to create images that are unique and capture the essence of you. We take a fly-on-the wall approach to weddings, events, and photo sessions as well as capturing timeless classic portraits, and our editing style is clean & crisp.
Krystal has been behind the camera since high school, assisting a local photographer with wedding, event, and portrait photography. She found her love of photography at a young age and photographed as much as she could, starting with posing barbies, and the animals at the zoo, to talking her friends into modeling for her.
Michael has always had an interest and eye for photography, and worked in the wedding industry prior to joining Krystal on the TBE team. He has an eye that mirrors Krystal's, and a talent for catching beautiful candid portraits.
