After over 15 years of experience in various international companies , I can personally confirm what research studies always show : Employees who are not happy or healthy have difficulty concentrating and completing tasks. For this reason, it makes sense for employers to seek help. However , the enormous increase in psychosomatic complaints in the working world does not indicate that enough is happening in this respect. It is high time to put on the brakes and integrate occupational health management in every company
