Our MOBB is a company founded by Frankie "Spice" Morelli and James "The Raptor" John as an outlet to share time-tested methods for eating better and feeling better by using principles laid out in The MOBB Cookbook & Diet. A combination of tasty, health-conscious Italian cuisine as well as a step-by-step weight loss method to apply those recipes can help any individual bring more self-care and optimism to their everyday activities.
