Vault Structure - the exhaust gas is gathered at the top, which helps the waste gas to be discharged out of the furnace quickly and reduces the residual alkali content;
Anti-Corrosion Material of Furnance - Alumina hollow balls with the content of alumina up to 99.5%, which is strong and durable;
Waterproof and Drainage - the side walls use self-developed high-temperature fully waterproof cotton panels, combined with drainage at the bottom;
Bulkhead Support - Normal pressure sintered support rollers; the free Si content is less than 1%, which is strong and durable;
Preheating - Preheating before coming through the bottom inlet to eliminate dead air in the furnace and improve the uniformity of atmosphere and temperature;
Oxygen Recovery - oxygen recovery and reuse in the cooling section saves oxygen consumption by about 50Nm3/hr.
