Overview
iGeneTech has long been dedicated to the development and supply of target gene "read" and "write" technical solutions. It has become the only Chinese company that currently has independent intellectual property rights for two independent gene capture technologies, including probe hybridization and multiplex PCR, as well as a customized development panel for gene capture technology. It is also a company that can provide gene capture technical diagnostic services for extremely large sample volumes.
iGeneTech provides a series of gene capture detection services by mature standards, while iGeneTech also provides detection services for customers with customized kits, covering various directions such as whole-genome sequencing, DNA/RNA hybrid capture sequencing, methylation hybrid capture sequencing, and multiple amplicon sequencing, etc.
Platforms
iGeneTech has passed ISO13485, ISO9001 and other compliance production quality management system certification, supporting more than 2000m2 GMP production workshop and laboratory. The lab team consists of dozens of technicians, and they have built a high standard quality control system. The laboratory has been certified by ISO13485:2016 and ISO9001:2015 quality management system. In terms of automated and manual experimental operations, different sample fluxes, Illumina and MGI platform gene capture experiments, the laboratory has extensive experience, and the cumulative sample volume of gene capture sequencing has exceeded 200, 000 cases.
Meanwhile, the laboratory is equipped with various high standard automated sample processing systems, automated library preparation systems, and mainstream high-throughput sequencing platforms such as DNBSEQ-T7 to meet the diverse demands of customers for gene capture experimental testing. As a manufacturer of gene capture kits, the laboratory uses optimized protocols that have been thoroughly tested, providing customers with high-quality and cost-effective targeted sequencing experimental testing services.

AIExome® Human Exome Panels
On November 11, 2017, iGeneTech released the independently developed AIExome® Human Exome Panels. iGeneTech can provide low-cost, high-performance, and short-cycle detection services with AIExome® Human Exome Panels, which support the detection of whole blood, fresh/frozen tissue, FFPE, cell, bone marrow, joint fluid, etc., and supporting Illumina and MGI platforms. AIExome® series products have been updated to V3 version and are available in three versions: the core version, inherited version and tumor version. It also supports semi-customization to meet different customer demands and can be widely used in various research and disease diagnosis practices.

Immune Repertoire Panels
For the demands of immune repertoire detection, iGeneTech has launched TCR and BCR detection kits targeting the CDR3 region for humans, rats, and mice.
