The platform categorizes employer sites as inactive, networking, or hiring, providing essential details and direct employer engagement options. MOTION also includes community-related information and AANA career liaisons to enhance members' career research and referrals. Developed by MedGeo Ventures, MOTION aims to elevate CRNAs' career navigation with advanced data and connection capabilities.
