TravelNet Solutions (TNS), a Minnesota-based leader in software solutions for short-term rentals, has unveiled significant updates to its flagship product, the Track Property Management System. These improvements, introduced at the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) conference, include the Distribution Engine, Payments, and Reviews Management tools, aimed at simplifying technology usage for property managers.

TNS solidified an investment partnership with Blue Star Innovation Partners (BSIP) in July 2023, signaling a commitment to accelerating product development and market expansion. According to TNS CEO Ryan Bailey, this partnership has enabled the company to be more responsive to customer needs and reduce their overall technology footprint. It is part of the company's broader goal to build a scalable sales engine and drive more bookings.

The Distribution Engine streamlines the distribution of rental listings across platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo, offering time-saving features and access to distribution experts. Reviews Management simplifies the process of managing guest reviews across different platforms within a unified interface. Furthermore, Track Payments, set to launch in early 2024, integrates payment processing into the Track platform, offering centralized control and real-time credit activity tracking.

In addition to these updates, TNS has introduced a new company tagline, "Heart of Hospitality," which emphasizes the central role of its software in customers' operations, its connection to stakeholders, and a commitment to service, grit, and building the future. This new tagline is being showcased at booth 713 during the VRMA conference. With over 21 years of experience, TNS provides a single-vendor ecosystem to help vacation rental companies scale effectively in the digital age, with numerous integration partners and native features available through the Track platform.
