Hey guys, I'm interested in building some muscle mass, but I have a busy schedule and can't always make it to the gym. Are there any effective workouts I can do at home?

You can also do variations of these exercises, like one-legged squats or diamond push-ups, to make them more challenging. And if you have a set of resistance bands, you can do even more exercises to target specific muscle groups. Just make sure you're still progressively overloading your workouts, either by increasing reps or adding resistance, to keep challenging your muscles.
