Financial Advisor - Complaint

I want to complaint against my financial advisor but I don't know if it's possible and, if yes, where to do it ? I am in Vermont.

You can get in touch with the Securities and Exchange Commission's office of investors if you have any issues with an adviser or queries regarding his or her advice. You can also sue if you wish to do so. Additional official complaints can be submitted to the SEC online.
