Proper seasonal foie gras is delicious. Mass produced as a result of force feeding, does not have the same nutrient content and flavor. So it's not always easy to find delicious and not expensive foie gras, but my sister gave me a tip to check out goose liver foie gras for sale with overnight delivery and I realized it was the perfect option for me.
