Program for logging in from another region

A friend of mine solved this problem about six months ago, it helped him to download a browser with a special program, I don’t remember what it’s called, but you can search on the Internet, I think you can find it there.

Alex, I solved this problem once, but in a slightly different direction. We could not contact a friend from Europe, since he did not have access from his country, due to some rules there. And we were looking for a solution for probably 4 days, and the most effective thing that turned out to be was to install a VPN on his computer, we installed it NordVPN  and literally in a couple of minutes, he came into our channel without any problems or errors, and we were able to communicate, I hope it helped.
