I'm planning a road trip from Kansas City to Tulsa

I'm planning a road trip from Kansas City to Tulsa with a couple of friends, but I need help figuring out where to stop along the way. I don't want it to be one of those trips where we're just stuck in the car the whole time, you know? I'd love to find cool places that aren't super crowded but still interesting. We're not the "touristy" type, but we don't want to miss anything fun or unique. I feel like I'm missing out on some hidden gems

That sounds like an awesome trip! Definitely check out Woolaroc, Paola, and a quick detour to Route 66 for some fun, low-key stops. Way better than just cruising straight through! And hey, if you ever plan a trip abroad, New Zealand coach tours are a great way to explore without the crowds. for more information visit https://www.nz-tourism.com/new-zealand-independent-coach-tours/

I know exactly what you mean! My mom and I went to Saugatuck, the perfect blend of everything. It has art galleries, cute little cafés, and a beach if you’re relaxing by the water. My mom loved the pace—super laid-back but still fun. If you’re worried about overplanning, this might be the sweet spot. You can also look at other cool places in this list of weekend getaways in michigan to get some ideas.
