Support for a partner with ADHD

Hi! I am currently looking for an information resource that explains in detail how ADHD affects relationships. It is important for me to understand what steps can be taken to improve interactions with loved ones. If anyone can suggest such a site, I will be glad to receive recommendations!

Hello! I am increasingly convinced that understanding is the basis of a strong relationship. ADHD is often confused with selfishness or laziness, but in reality this is not the case at all. The feeling that you are not being listened to or ignored can be deceptive. Often the cause is the peculiarities of perception, not indifference.

Supporting a partner with ADHD requires patience and understanding. It's important to acknowledge their strengths and offer encouragement while also being mindful of their struggles. Empathy and teamwork make all the difference in our relationship.
